Customers within South Africa can choose any of the following shipment options:
- Courier Door-to-door: You can have your parcel delivered by courier to a street address. Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the weight and size of your parcel.
- Collect from Moonshadow: Collect your parcel from Moonshadow in Swellendam. We will notify you of the size and weight of your parcel once packaged, so that you can arrange your courier of choice. Our address and contact details can be found on the contact us page.
- South African Post Office (SAPO): Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the weight and size of your parcel. SAPO parcels are insured. PLEASE NOTE: Over the last year, SAPO has had some issues impacting on the reliability of their service delivery. Use this option at your own risk - we cannot be held liable for parcels that are shipped via SAPO. If you choose this option you will assume sole responsibility. If the post office is unable to accept your package when we submit it for shipment, we will contact you to arrange for a courier, and the additional cost will be for your account.
We'll start preparing your order as soon as we have received payment confirmation. Preparation time depends on what you have ordered (please see individual product listings for preparation time). Once your order is ready, we ship within 1 working day.
We do not offer international delivery (outside South Africa) at this stage.
We take your privacy very seriously. We will never share your personal details with anyone. We will contact you only to arrange your order or attend to an enquiry - we never spam!

Our Newsletter will keep you up to date with our latest Blog posts, specials, and product news. We use a double opt-in subscription method, and you may unsubscribe at any time. To subscribe:
- Submit your email address in the "Newsletter Subscribe" box at the bottom of any page on this website, and click on "Subscribe".
- Check your email! You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Click on the "Confirm Subscription" button in this email to complete the subscription process.
- PLEASE NOTE: Gmail users may find their confirmation email (and their newsletters!) under the "Promotions" tab.
- If you don't receive your confirmation email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder.
Should you wish to stock our products, please complete our Wholesale Application form. Once we have reviewed your application, we will add you to our online shop's wholesale group where you will automatically receive wholesale discount when you buy in bulk. We will of course email you with all the necessary information and login details.
Placing your order is very simple! Add the items you'd like to purchase to your cart (click on "add to cart" as you browse). When you are done shopping, review your shopping cart to ensure you have not missed any items you want to buy, and click on "Checkout". Follow the instructions to choose your shipping method. The website will send you an email with our bank details for payment. Once you've made payment, please provide us with proof of payment to complete your order.
Discount Codes will only work when you are logged in. Follow these steps if you are redeeming a Discount Coupon:
- Login to your account (or create an account);
- Add the products you want to purchase to your cart;
- Before proceeding to check-out, apply your discount code;
- Proceed to check-out.
Payment can be made by EFT or direct bank deposit. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an invoice by email with our bank details for payment. Customers must kindly supply us with proof of payment to confirm their order. Payment confirmation can be sent to us by email or fax to 086 652 1062
